Brewing Instructions

  1. Boil spring water to a temperature between 203°F and 212°F (95°C - 100°C).
  2. Measure 2-2.5g of tea leaves (equivalent to 1 tea bag) for every 220ml of water.
  3. Steep the tea bag in the hot water for 3-5 minutes, adjusting based on desired strength (3 minutes for medium brew, 4 minutes for strong brew, 5 minutes for milk tea).
  4. Remove the tea bag and enjoy your flavorful earl grey tea!
