Learn more about tracking the status of your order and finding information about late or undeliverable orders.
Shipping Regions & Restrictions
Serendip Delights only ships to customers in the following regions:
- United States
- Canada
To be eligible for free shipping, you must be a customer in the regions above and must have placed an order of $40 USD ($50 CAD) or more. During promotions or sale events, we may offer free shipping with no minimum requirements.
If you're a customer outside of the regions above and are interested in our products, we'd love to hear from you! Please contact us at support@serendipdelights.com.
Determine Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping rates and times may vary on the shipping speed and the weight or size of the items in your order.
To determine the shipping rate and time for items in your Cart:
1. Select Proceed to checkout.
2. Select or add your shipping address.
3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue.
4. Select a payment method and select Continue.
The total shipping cost as well as the estimated time of delivery will be listed in your Order Summary.
Track Your Package
You can find tracking numbers and delivery updates in Your Orders.
To track your package:
1. Go to Your Orders.
2. Find the order you want to track.
3. View all updates to track delivery progress.
Missing Tracking Information
A tracking number may not be available on your order in some instances.
Possible reasons why your tracking information is not available
- Your package has not been scanned by the carrier. Issues like this can happen when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package.
- There may be a delay in updates to the tracking database.
- Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments, aren't trackable.
- The order is a gift. You will receive a gift receipt once the order is delivered. Until that time, the gift purchaser will receive the tracking updates.

We work with the following carriers to deliver items. If you have an issue with your delivery, you can contact the carriers directly for more information.

1. Go to Your Orders.
2. Select Track Package.
3. Find your carrier name and tracking ID.

Common Delivery Problems
Learn more about common delivery problems and our recommended steps to take.
Your Order Hasn't Shipped Yet
Check the estimated delivery date by viewing the updates in Your Orders.
If you're expecting the package today and don't see a status update, that's normal. Depending on the carrier, items may ship the same day they're delivered. If you’re not expecting the package today, please wait for the tracking information to be updated.
Tracking Information Does Not Update
The carrier may have more detailed information about your package. To track your package on the carrier website or contact them, see Carrier Contact Information.
If tracking information is not available, see Missing Tracking Information.
Your Order Is Delayed / Late
If the expected delivery date has passed, keep in mind that weather, traffic, holidays, and more can cause delivery delays.
Most late packages will arrive within 24 to 48 hours of the expected delivery date. If the order has already been shipped, you can't cancel it.
Possible reasons for late delivery
- Incorrect address.
- Missing apartment, building, floor or unit number.
- Severe weather conditions.
- International customs procedures
Recommended actions:
1. Track your package and confirm estimated delivery date in Your Orders.
2. Confirm your shipping address in Your Orders. To avoid delivery problems, keep your address information up to date.
3. Wait 48 hours to allow for unexpected delays.
Your Order Was Delivered But You Haven't Received It
Follow these steps if tracking shows a package as delivered but you can't find it.
1. Verify your shipping address in Your Orders.
Please verify if your shipping address in Your Orders is correct.
2. Look for a notice of delivery attempt.
Look for a delivery confirmation in Your Orders.
Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
3. Check around the delivery location
The package could have been left around the vicinity.
4. Ask your household members and neighbors
Check if someone else accepted the delivery.
5. Wait 48 hours for the package to be delivered
Packages may be mistakenly scanned as delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
6. You can check with the carrier
The carrier may have more information about the location of the package.

What to do next?
If you have not located the package after following the steps above, you can contact support@serendipdelights.com within 30 days of expected delivery.
We'll do everything we can do to help resolve the issue!
Tracking Shows Undeliverable Status
The carrier was not able to deliver your package, and they will return it to us.
We will automatically issue you a refund when we receive the package. See Undeliverable Packages for more information.
